These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of ReservationBot ("the Service"), an AI-assisted reservation assistant that businesses connect to their own WhatsApp and Instagram professional accounts to answer customer questions and book appointments. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
ReservationBot receives messages sent to a connected business account and generates replies to help customers get information and make appointments. Replies are produced with the assistance of an AI model and may be reviewed or handled by a human representative of the business.
A business that connects its account is responsible for the accuracy of its availability, pricing, and policies, for honoring confirmed bookings, and for complying with applicable laws in its interactions with customers.
Replies are generated automatically and may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete. Bookings are only valid once explicitly confirmed. The Service is a convenience tool and is not a substitute for professional, medical, legal, or financial advice.
The Service relies on Meta (WhatsApp Cloud API and the Instagram Messaging API) to deliver messages and on Anthropic to generate replies. Your use is also subject to those providers' terms. We are not responsible for outages or changes in third-party platforms.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service or any feature at any time. We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReservationBot is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for missed, incorrect, or double bookings arising from use of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate access that violates these Terms or the applicable platform policies. A business may disconnect its account at any time.
